Pre Owned 1935 Gibson L-00 Sunburst Acoustic Guitar With LR Baggs M1 Pickup W/ HSC
The L-00 was a flattop produced by Gibson starting in the early '30s. Some of the earliest examples featured a white pickguard and a black finish, though a sunburst finish and tortoiseshell pickguard became the norm by the mid-'30s (the black version was phased out by 1938). The earliest examples also had a 12-fret clear of the body fingerboard.
Vintage 1935 Gibson L-00 plays like a dream and has a tone to die for. Super fat, chunky neck feels amazing in your palm. Recently set up so it is playing great with a low, tight action. This is still possibly the best sounding example we have ever had of a L-00. Super warm, rich and vibrant tone. It includes a HSC and ahas an LR Baggs M1 pickup. Well worn in, and an amazing piece!
